1:33am June 18 (Ottawa time)
Yo. It's all over. I'm home and filled with this lingering feeling of the ministry and other stuff we should still be doing, but ya to catch you up.
So, I failed the secret challenge, but I later got to see what taking that first step to just start the open discussion with the people sitting beside me would be like.
Anyways, I kinda slept, I kinda prayed, I kinda watched another movie, I kinda ended up wearing a bowl of soup for at least 7 or 8 hours, I finished writing in TL's yearbook [everyone in our family got these little notebooks to write things in for each other].

We got off the plane, got through customs in a short time, but then got caught up at baggage. We got our bags almost an hour after the plane landed. We took a few last pictures and me and AL ran to try getting on the plane to Ottawa. Too late... We had to get tickets for later. This may all have been caused by the recent strike or something in Toronto, but ya, I'm home now, so no big deal.
So, we missed the 8:10 flight, got tickets for the 10:30 and were put on standby for the 9:10. We just barely got on the 9:10, but we weren't sitting together. I was sitting beside a business man and a Philippino nanny. We talked for a bit. You know, if you just start with talking it cannot be awkward later on, but if you wait four hours before saying hello, I find it sooooooo awkward.
So ya, in the rush we got on the plane and I didn't get to call my parents. I felt bad about that. I tried to use the business man's phone at 8:50, but apparently they left at 8:30 to make sure they wouldn't be late.
I nearly broke down when I saw my mom and brother.
We drove home talking about East Asia and then I showed all of the junk I brought back with my mom and brother and I showed them the pictures I took.
Now I am listening to praise and worship music, deleting junk mail, and writing my last EAP blog post. It's been crazy.
