Hey. You should always try to listen to what a child tells you. However, you should probably ask an adult if it's somethingimportant.

Today we planned to go to church at 3:30. M(?) heard this from a 9 or 10 year old girl who lives across the street from the church building. It turns out there is only one service. It is in English, but it is at 11am, so we kinda missed it. They are really nice girls though and I got to share my bracelet with them although there were a couple distractions. They have Bibles, but they didn't know about Jesus and know that he died on the cross to pay for our sins, our mistakes, our bad things we all do. He came to bear our sins and pay the price for them, death. They have three dogs. Snowflake likes sitting on shoes.

The rest of the day was pretty lax. A couple failed [I just about typed appointments. lol] omelettes, a pot of oatmeal, a container of yogurt, a lot of the Bible (the last four chapters of Jeremiah are very long, but there are a few awesome verses [that stood out to me this time reading them] Jer 49:12 reminded me of Jesus when he prayed that the cup might be taken from him. He didn't deserve death. [Jer 49:12 This is what the LORD says: "If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, why should you go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must drink it.] Jer 50-6-7 more sheep imagery [Jer 50:6-7 My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place. Whoever found them devoured them; their enemies said, 'We are not guilty, for they sinned against the LORD, their true pasture, the LORD, the hope of their fathers.'"]) a lot of singing Japanese songs loudly, also some English, Pokemon, a movie with the girls, not much.

We still have 5 weeks left though and ministry is already starting! =D So, ya.

Some of the kids have found the girls' house. lol.

This week I'm gonna try to have a prayer walk each morning. Let's see how this goes. I pray that God would really give me a heart for these people and children and open my eyes to their needs.
