Hey! Right now I am super psyched about tonight!!!!!!!! Yesterday night was cloudy, but right now it is 100% clear!!! I can't wait until midnight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyways, today, so far:
Sleep in until 10:30.
Wake up and eat the usual.
Talk to some of my East Asian friends.
Start planning the day ahead.
End up watching 4 or 5 episodes of 30Rock. (Which although I hated yesterday, today I'm addicted. >.> I have been over hearing bits and pieces of episodes for a couple days and it always sounded ridiculous, but I didn't know what it was. Then I found out it was 30Rock. I had never actually watched it, but I recall some people liking it and it being popular in general. Then I see that it is produced or created (or whatever it is) by Tina Fey and think 'ahhh. That explains it.' [lol] Anyways, you can only ignore it so long. Now I'm addicted. I don't think the name of the show really matches the subject matter though.)
Shave.
Finally set out on an adventure!!!
So, we are beside the river and there's this path that goes along it. I assumed it went all the way along in both directions. Not at all. lol. At the one end I found KC and AF sitting on a log with the same problem as I. It stopped there. Also, it was really really really windy. lol (I had planned to go out and find a nice quiet place to read along the river.) so we walked back and I went in the other direction. I had heard there was a beach in that other direction.
There is a beach, but it is pretty far away. The path along the river ended by the Northern and so I walked along the road. I took a bunch of pictures and looked at a bunch of plants and stuff. I was pretty excited. Just the smell in the air was amazing. The sun was shining and it was a cool day. I really like fall weather.
Anyways, exploring all the little beach-like things which were really too rocky to be a 'beach' I thought I might never find it.
I drew some footprints on the ground on the road. #EAPDebreif.
I found some 'wild' pea plants. flash back to bio class.
The beach was pretty cool. It was at the end of the road. lol. It was at a fork in the river. There were canoes scattered all along the river. The one on the beach had two anchors though. The sand is pretty cool. It's kinda got a layer of clay-like stuff under the surface. I almost slipped. The river really isn't that deep. I didn't go in it today (too cold), but you can see the brown muddy water near the coasts and there's only a little dark part in the middle of the river.
Goal: Cross the river by foot.
Anyways, it's almost night time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to it!
Breifly scanning the subheadings in my Bible the other day I thought 'why does David stay alive for 2 books while Soloman gets 12 chapters..? I don't understand.'
Ya. xP Ttyl after I see ALLLLLLLL The Stars!
