If this isn't chaos I don't know what is.... Tons of people are shoving their way onto buses in an attempt to go home.
The fifteen minute fireworks show just ended and everyone is done. Everyone is drunk / stoned / tired / hyper / crazy / etc...... And just needs to get to sleep at home...
