A Day Off

Well, I've been pretty bored, but that is just how I get when I don't have enough variety of things to do in a day.

Yesterday I sent some emails and today I got some responses, so that was really cool. I was hoping for more, but it hasn't been that long, although actually I've now responded a couple times to those few emails, so if this is God focusing me onto 3 or 4 instead of 20, that's cool too.

I ended up watching a lot of One Piece today. It was still talking about the merfolk's past and ya, since I am trying to find ways to start deeper conversations with anime in today's episodes one thing that came out was the idea of forgiving others and vengeance. If someone did something really bad to you (in this case kill your wife), could you forgive them or would you hold your hatred against them? Would you be the end or continue a cycle of hate? It's not easy forgiving someone when they do something that bad, but when asked how many times we should forgive someone Jesus says 7 times 70. 490? 490 exactly? No. lol. "forgive each other, just as your heavenly father has forgiven you". I don't know how many times I've gone against God's will for me, against the principles laid out for me to live my life, but it's way more than that. God's grace, which is totally undeserved abounds more and more each day. So, in the same way, we should show this boundless grace, or at least ask for God to help us to do this and to attempt to by His Spirit's empowering.

Yep. xP I got an email from my prof about the volunteer lab position, so I'm excited for that.

Oh, I played tennis with my brother yesterday. It was good, but my legs hurt. lol.
