I honestly don't remember what happened yesterday. =D
lol...
I think I cleaned a bit and //
I just remembered! lol.
So, I woke up and went to my brother's graduation ceremony. xP. It's been a long time getting to this point, but it finally happened. One part I am really excited about is that he's finally gonna be in University, and Carleton at that, so I'll be able to invite him to Carleton or University people things, where as before I can't really ask a highschooler to come to a University group. >.> And hopefully I facilitate PASS for one of his classes so I'll see him sometimes. You can pray for that. xP
Ya. It was long and hot and in the gym as usual. It may have been the last time I go to my highschool for a very long time.
Ya. We didn't stay long after the ceremony was done. We came back and something (I don't remember what happened for an hour. Maybe cleaning..?) then at 2:30 I had a skype meeting with my friend DN.
She is going to Africa for two years to build friendships, and share the good news with women in Niger, a country with 98.2% unreached people groups. In the meeting she shared all about why she is going and what she'll be doing and how I can support her as she goes. Her passion for the unreached and her heart for muslim women is truly from God. (If guys would like to pray for her or support her I can get you more information). But, ya, it was really good getting to talk to her and hear about what she's gonna be doing.
Oh. K. Way later I went to dinner at Red Lobster with my parents. As my father told the very nice waitress (who clearly wanted a big tip (which she kind of deserved)), when she asked if it was a special occaision, "we are celebrating the graduation of my son, who is not here". >.> He was watching tennis. Very important. lol As my family from EA noted the other day when I was nibbling away at a pork chop, I am very much slower at eating now that I have had my wisdom teeth out and am still healing. lol. My mom is usually the slowest, but I was this time.
Ya, not much else happened, I think. I got to tell my family a bit about DN and what she's gonna do in Niger. They asked about the political situation and danger. Ya. It's a bit tough, but not that bad.
Anyways, Ttyl.
