NYE Part 2

... main session and DK had ordered quite a bit of beef and pork and meat in general and you should probably eat what they give you... XP What started as a nice relaxing meal turned into a race to cook / eat as much meat as fast as you possibly could. Someone would always be adjusting the meat while the other two were eating. Kimchi is so good. XP It was my first time eating kimchi yesterday. I have wanted to eat kimchi ever since I watched 'Shining Inheritance' in the last semester of grade 12.

Ya, so... To get back on time for the last main session we kinda left DK at the restaurant and fast walked back to the hotel. MK had told us the Korean BBQ was about a 15-20 minute walk. The last time I had checked my cell phone it said 8:57. After walking back, going to our rooms and walking the distance to the main ballroom we got there around 9:07, sooooo MK must be a really slow walker. XP

When we walked into the main session the was a flashmob mid song and we were kinda confused. XP ...

There's Only One Act

"AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG! Why did I want to yell so badly..? It's not like I normally yell much / ever... AL, I don't have a girlfriend. I was thinking about it though."

So, ya.

Today I found a math error in my physics project and reduced the percent error from an average of 300% to about 40%, I was quite happy when I saw I was so close. SZ had a percent error "too big to fit on the screen" during his presentation, lol, and AP had like 240% error. Now I just have to figure out how I'm presenting it. The percent error isnt even important as long as you did things properly and explain why there was such a large error.

In bio we had a period in the lab to work on our essays. I was listening to Big Bang on aimini.net and AP saw. She then plugged her earbuds in and did the same, but mostly 2pm. She made me listen to like three songs. 2pm isn't bad, but I realized I'm listening to nothing but Korean and Japanese, and only watching anime. lol.

Mr. Cheeseman was our sub for calc again. Apparently he actually is Dr. Cheeseman and discovered the shape of a protein. He's a poker player, but doesn't gamble. Poker isn't gambling, it's math. Anyways. Dr. Cheeseman is the coolest name ever.

One Acts went well. There were a couple differences in our performance from the script, but it worked out. I didn't get to yell like I normally do because someone said a line far too early and I had to improvise back to the real lines.

EG has the freakiest role in this whole festival. He is the Wicked Witch from "The Lizard of Oz" and his costume is ridiculous, his voice for the character and body movements, his death, his "flying monkeys", everything is soooooo awesome.

So, ya, tommorow is closing night.

False Idols

Ok. So.

Yesterday I finished watching my second asian drama. It's called "Shining Inheiritance" and is a Korean drama. 24 episodes of insane plot turns and tension. It all worked out in the end, but all the stuff in between showed how sinful people can be when they worship things other than God. Seung Mi on a constant quest to win Hwan's love and her mother doing devious things to get a high position in society, money, and a good son-in-law made them do a lot of evil things to get their way. In the end they couldn't cover sin with more sin and gave up.

I felt really bad for Seung Mi... it was all her mother's fault, but she was the one getting punished for it.

Anyways, the point being, I probably watch too much and too many asian dramas and / or anime and should spend more time doing homework or rreading or something...

Currently I watch:
  • Bleach
  • One Piece
  • Katekyo Hitman Reborn
  • Fairy Tail
  • Hetaria
  • K-On (Season 2)
  • Naruto Sippuuden
  • Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

During my spare time, when those anime all have no new episodes I watch:

  • Deltora Quest
  • Natsume Yuujinchou

Both of those have been finished for a while. When I have spare time and no anime to watch, I end up starting to watch a new anime. If it's a current airing anime that's one more show I'll have to watch each week, if it's old there's no pressure to watch it if I have better things to do and don't feel like procrastinating.

xP I'm pretty much only watching the mainstream anime... xP

Anyways, today was the first Saturday rehearsal for the Musical. It went pretty well. Most of the costumes were on their way to being completed. (lol JC) Mics worked out in most cases. Spots were mostly stable and on time. Lighting cues worked most of the time. Almost all of the lines were done by memory. OMG like 16 days until the matinee.

I didn't do any homework. xP I was at school from 10-4 and I didn't do any homework... I brought my homework, but didn't even open my bag...

Anyways, I should go to bed now if I want to run tommorow morning...
